As original artwork goes, I'm pretty cheap. Creating a piece takes time, material and years of practice.
A special request would have to be considered on its' own merits based on what it is, etc.
Most 16x20 paintings cost $120.00 to $150.00
Larger may cost more, depends on what it is.
A print of a painting, or graphic art picture would be considerably less, depends on what I'm charged at the time to have it made.
Portraits (16x20) are $300.00 (one person)
Portraits with two people are $500.00
All pictures are sold framed (a considerable expense if you take it to a frame shop). If you have a special frame, fine, but my price is the same. I pay 30 to 40 bucks for a frame!
Murals are priced based on the size, and the time it will take to do it. No project is too big or to small. When it's done if you don't like it, I will repaint your wall. My guarantee is simple, if you don't like it, you don't have to buy it. Portraits and large pieces like murals do require 25% down. BUT, it is all refundable if you are not satisfied with what you get. Period.
Wheelcovers are $39.99 plus the price of the cover.
Mailboxes are $19.99 plus the price of a new mailbox. Items that will be out in the weather will not last forever. I use oil paint, and sometimes I put a coat of good varnish on it, but nothing last forever! Wheelcovers do last longer than mailboxes. It should look great for years.
Other objects are priced as requested.
You pay all shipping cost, and I would use the least expensive.
A truly unique piece of art is priceless. So, I keep my prices low so that anyone can afford them. They make great gifts. Plan ahead, birthdays, the holidays, father and mother's day, or any event that would require a gift. Even old photos that are in black and white or fading can be redone on canvas, in color.
For portraits, pets, or personal objects, I work from photos. They need to be good enough for me to see details. (Painting people that I have never met, or that are deceased is challenging!)
